Akervall Technologies does not guarantee the quality of the finished custom fitted mouth guard if it is not handled according to the instructions.
Akervall Technologies only warrants for defaults in the manufacturing of mouth guards. Defective mouth guards must be returned before usage in the unopened original packages within 30 days to be under warranty.

Akervall Technologies does not assume any liability for dental injuries suffered while using the mouth guard. By using the mouth guard you give your implicit consent to hold Akervall Technologies harmless of any injury related claims.
Warnings
Do not use Protech DentTM mouth guard if you are wearing braces. We advise you to consult with your orthodontist first.
Avoid situations where inhalation or swallowing of the mouth guard could occur, for example eating or falling asleep with the mouth guard in place.
Do not overstretch the material when it is soft. This may thin out the material and decrease the strength of the mouth guard.
Do not overheat the mouth guard (over 170 degree F).
Do not clean the mouth guard in your dish washer or washing machine, since this could lead to weakening of the material. Follow the instructions regarding cleaning and storage.
Keep protected from warm environments, such as hot dash boards in cars.
